First Violin
Originally from Italy, Anna has been playing in many different orchestra and ensembles both as a violinist and violist. She is also a passionate teacher, interested in integrating the body and the movement while playing. She has been playing with in Orchestra Giovanile d'Archi della Svizzera Italiana, Orchestra Giovanile Italiana, Orchestra Galilei, Futurorchestra among others and as guest with Maggio musicale fiorentino, Crash Ensemble, the Irish Chamber Orchestra, having the possibility to play and be conducted by famous conductors and musicians such as Ennio Morricone, Jörg Widmann, Philip Augin, Enrico Bronzi, Lorenza Borrani (classical, contemporary repertoire), Enrico Casazza, Alessandro Moccia (Baroque repertoire)... She has lots of experience in quartet and quintet repertoire both with the viola and the violin. Anna attended her Bachelor at Scuola di Musica di Fiesole (Florence) and had her Master degree at the Irish World Academy (Limerick). She is currently in her first year of the PhD in Arts Practice at the University of Limerick.
